Our standard Handling Time (processing, verification, and packaging) is 1–2 Business Days. Orders placed after 5 PM EST or on non-business days begin handling on the next business day.

5.2 Shipping Coverage

• We ship exclusively to all 50 U.S. states.
• We do not offer international shipping.

5.3 Shipping Transit Time

The estimated transit time for all orders within the U.S. is 3–7 Business Days. This time frame is an estimate only and is not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays.

5.4 Shipping Fees

We operate with a simple and transparent flat-rate shipping structure:

• Standard Shipping Cost: $6.99 Flat Rate for all orders within the United States.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (ALWAYS FREE)

Your purchase implies acceptance of our Return & Refund Policy. To promote customer confidence, all returns, refunds, and exchanges are 100% free, with no restocking fees or return shipping charges deducted from the customer’s refund amount.

6.1 Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from returns: Final Sale items, Gift Cards, and Custom/Personalized items (unless defective).

Once the returned item passes inspection, the refund process is completed quickly:

• Inspection: 1–2 business days.
• Refund Initiation: Same day after approval.
• Total Estimated Refund Time: Up to 5 Business Days.
• Refunds are issued solely to the original payment method.
