1.1 How do I place an order? Simply select your desired items, add them to your cart, and proceed to our secure checkout page on suiteroket.com to complete the purchase. An order confirmation will be emailed to you immediately after payment.
1.2 Is an account required to shop? No. You are welcome to check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and allows you to track current orders and view your purchase history.
1.3 Can I modify my order after placing it? Changes to the shipping address or item specifics (like size or color) are only possible before the order enters the processing or fulfillment stage. Once fulfillment begins, we cannot guarantee any changes.
1.4 How can I cancel my order? Cancellations are permitted only if the order has not yet entered fulfillment. Due to our rapid processing system, once an order is marked as processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

2.5 What if the tracking shows ‘Delivered’ but I haven’t received it? We advise checking surrounding areas, confirming with household members, and contacting the respective carrier immediately.
