At Suiteroket, we strive for prompt order fulfillment. This policy outlines the precise conditions and deadlines for modifying or canceling an order placed on suiteroket.com to ensure transparency and efficiency.

  1. Window for Cancellation and Modifications

Our ability to change or cancel an order is strictly determined by whether the order has entered the processing stage. Due to our fast fulfillment process, the timeframe for guaranteed changes is very limited.

  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same business day.
  • Guarantee: Changes or cancellations are only guaranteed before the order has begun the processing/handling stage.

  1. Order Cancellation Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Cancellation

You must request cancellation immediately after placing the order. We strongly recommend submitting the request within 12 hours of placement.

How to Request a Cancellation:

Email us immediately at support@suiteroket.com.

Your Request Must Include:

  • Order Number (Required)
  • Full Name
  • Reason for cancellation

2.2 When Cancellation is Not Permitted

Cancellation is not possible once the order is:

  • Fully picked and packed.
  • Marked as “Shipped” or when a tracking number has been generated.

If cancellation is denied, the customer must wait for delivery and then initiate a return process as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

  1. Changing or Modifying an Order

We will accommodate modifications, such as size changes, color swaps, or shipping address corrections, only if the order has not yet entered the processing stage.

3.1 Address Corrections

Address corrections are time-sensitive.

  • Before Processing: Address change is allowed.
  • After Shipment: Address changes are not possible by Suiteroket. The customer may attempt to reroute the package directly through the carrier (carrier fees may apply).

3.2 Product Swaps

If a product swap results in a price difference:

  • Higher Cost: We will send a secure link for the payment of the difference.
  • Lower Cost: The difference will be refunded back to the original payment method.
  1. Fees for Cancellation or Changes

Suiteroket does not charge any fee for canceling an order or correcting order details, provided the request is made before the order enters processing.

  1. Orders Already Shipped

If the order has shipped, it is deemed finalized and cannot be modified or canceled. The customer must adhere to the Return & Refund Policy, which specifies:

  • 30-day return window from delivery.
  • $0.00 return shipping fees or restocking fees (Returns are always free).
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the item being received and approved.
  1. Special Circumstances
  • Out-of-Stock: If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately to offer a full refund, store credit, or a comparable replacement.
  • Checkout Mistakes: Any mistakes in size, variant, or quantity must be reported as soon as possible via email.
