The following items are exempt from our Return & Refund Policy:
- Final Sale Items: Products explicitly marked as Final Sale or Clearance on the product page.
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Custom / Personalized Products: Only eligible for return if they arrive defective or damaged.
- Items Damaged by Customer: Products damaged after successful delivery are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
