We currently offer domestic shipping services exclusively within the United States.

  • Service Area: We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • Exclusions: We currently do not ship internationally. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Once your payment is verified, your order enters the processing and handling stage.

A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address immediately after your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us immediately:

  • The tracking number shows no updates for more than 5 business days.
  • The package is marked “Delivered” but has not been received (please check surrounding areas first).
  • The order arrives damaged.

If the carrier confirms delivery, Suiteroket is not responsible for stolen or missing packages, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. We will, however, assist you in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.
